Check in for all apartments is at 3:00 PM of the Sunday of arrival and check out is at 10:00 AM on the Sunday of departure.
Rates include: use of apartment amenities, electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, bycycles, laundry room in the building basement, fenced parking lot, garage, garage videosurveillance.
Linen not included.
Extra charges for room cleaning at end of stay: mandatory

Payment terms: 20% deposit at time of booking and balance due at arrival. Mandatory security deposit (refundable at check out except in case of damages) Euro 100.00 per apartment.

Meals on request with the possibility of choosing among 3 different menus, vegetable buffet, available at Hotel Zeus – Meal cost is 18.00 Euros per person, drinks not included.
Beach Establishment No. 39 at Bagno Cigno: 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun chairs, Euro 80.00/90.00 per week, from the 3rd row.
